“We were having so much trouble finding a house we liked and could afford until we found ModraForm! With a basic set of modules we could mix and match them as our family grew to create our dreamhome on a budget. We started with the basic Kitchen/Bath/Mech module (Ingersol unit) which at 200 sq. ft. was enough for us to live in while we became accustomed to our needs and site conditions. Then we added a bedroom module and things just kind of took off from there. The living room module was perfect for our sectional couch which aligned nicely with the 4′-0″ x 4′-0″ basic unit. Our architect was able to provide us with an integrated design with a complete component schedule including all the windows, SIP panels and end caps as well as a very accurate cost estimation and local fabricator network. We were so happy with ModraForm that we told all our friends who ended up buying adjacent lots and now we all live together in an eco-friendly community.
